Proverbs 20:11 Even a child is known by his deeds, whether what he does is pure and right.
This verse was part of my bible reading today. It stood out to me because this is a goal that we continue to strive towards……making sure our children are pure and right in their hearts, and thus in their actions. It is a daily, hourly endeavor and we are constantly coming before one another and God to seek out what is right.
Raising children in this day and age is really tough. Some of us must endure all of the pressures of the ‘school scene’ for but even for those of us who homeschool parenting can be a huge challenge. We so want to show our children how much we love them while also teaching them how to seek God and do His will.
- Life Skills
These are all areas where we need to focus. Our goal is to improve each day as we go along, being able to give and recieve forgiveness as we make mistakes. I am so thankful for the godly people in my life and for the instruction God gives us in the bible to guide us in all that we do. Aren’t you?
