Have you ever thought about how God feels about you? This is probably not something you consider often. I know I haven’t always. However, I do remember a time years ago, during a discussion with a very wise friend of mine, and when she told me how God views me. She told me all about how He had created me…..forming me in my mother’s womb and choosing my eye color, my hair color, my personality, my smile. I had read these things in the bible and had heard others speak this truth on radio shows, from the pulpit, and more. However, hearing my sweet friend speak of the love Jesus holds for each one of us, is a precious memory for me.
Though I had a relationship with Jesus already at that time, I believe that the moment she spoke those words to me was when I truly began to think differently about how my Lord thinks about me and views me. He sees me as precious! God takes delight in me, His creation. What an amazing truth and gift!
